Refund policy
We hope you love your Salubrious Hour item, please make sure you choose carefully as unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We are happy to exchange for a different size or product, or of course refund if the item you receive is faulty.
To initiate an exchange or alert us to a faulty item, you can contact us at info@salubrioushour.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 20 Victoria Street, Robe SA 5276 or dropped to our Adelaide or Robe store.
If your return is accepted as faulty, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any exchange shipping costs you will need to cover.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a size change, please send us an email at info@salubrioushour.com and after our response, send your item to: 20 Victoria Street, Robe SA 5276, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
